Perfect Candidate:

An associates degree required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Has 7 years providing outstanding customer service, preferably in the technical, contact center, retail and/or food service industry
At least 5 years experience in a supervisory role providing leadership, coaching, and development to a direct team.
Has 3 years experience in a call center quality department
Experience with MaestroQA, Stella Connect, Zendesk, and Google Suite.
Project Management Professional or Six Sigma Certification preferred.

Job Summary:

You will conduct behavioral health & addiction treatment-focused group therapy sessions as specified on the unit/department treatment schedule.
You will provide therapeutic interventions that are guided by the treatment/recovery plan
You will perform psychosocial and behavioral assessments of patients and families to identify emotional, social, and environmental concerns associated with the patient’s diagnosis, treatment, and/or life situation
You will provide appropriate treatment based on the psychosocial assessments and the recommendations of the treatment team. Performs individual and family counseling, provides psycho-educational resources and facilitates group counseling.
Provides ongoing assessment of patient throughout inpatient hospitalization (as appropriate) to ensure appropriate referrals based on status at the time of discharge.

Qualifications

Two (2) years’ experience required, preferably in an inpatient setting (Internship can count towards years of experience)
Successful completion of CPI within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter.
BLS required every 2 years
