Position Interactive Creative Director Location Nashville Status Full Time Estimated Duration Full Time Starts Within a Couple Weeks Rate 100,000 – 110,000K Annually Job Description One of our agency client has a need for an Interactive Creative Director to lead their growing interactive team! The client is open to considering out of area talent and providing relocation assistance. The Interactive Creative Director will help shape the direction of a growing interactive department, you will collaborate across offices and disciplines to shape the creative strategy and execution for a variety of Interactive marketing projects. Interactive Creative Director Responsibilities Include – Create and oversee the development of graphic user interfaces, page templates and other design elements that meet client communication objectives – Manage Interactive Art Directors and Graphic Designers – Establish design parameters, style guides and visual standards for Interactive creative work – Introduce and demand fresh ideas, concepts and approaches – Engage with clients and help elicit clear direction on projects when necessary – Develop necessary policies to direct and streamline the interactive process – Collaborate as needed with developers as they build and test site designs – Assists in new business pitches – Continually think about ways to improve our product and resources Interactive Creative Director Experience Requirements – 8+ years of relevant experience and growth – Strong conceptual and design skills including but not limited to websites, applications, email and display – Experience with managing + directing teams – Working knowledge understanding of development languages and tools, such as HTML, DHTML, CSS and JavaScript Creative Circle is focused on protecting the health and safety of our candidates, clients, and communities.
