Our client is seeking a Project Manager Coordinator with experience managing online collaboration tools (SharePoint, Confluence) in an administrator capacity, financial and resource management skills as well as project risk and issue coordination to support the IT Sales & Enrollment and Digital Programs.
This role will report into the PMO Senior Manager supporting the Sales & Enrollment and Digital portfolio team. The role will involve developing and maintaining data sets and reports sources from multiple, disparate systems to give transparency into portfolio spend, project/program status, and project delivery KPIs within a maturing agile PMO organization. The successful candidate will be able to leverage collaboration and communication tools to ensure consistent team communications. In addition, this role will assist with the audit and organization of program information as well as support administrative and financial management analysis related to resourcing and budget management across a large portfolio.
