The Membership Services Department is the frontline customer-service arm of our international headquarters. Our associates work with internal and external customers to provide a first-class customer service experience at every touchpoint. - Associates degree or a minimum of two (2) years of equivalent experience preferred customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Mature, responsible, detail oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to use PC and widely-used software applications, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn new software applications as necessary
- Call center experience preferred
- Multilingual a plus
- Successful completion of a drug and background screen
