Marketing Manager

The position is 5 days a week from 9:00am 6:00pm with the exception of special events The Marketing Manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with retail companies and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. Responsibilities: Supporting sales and lead generation efforts. Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. Developing and managing advertising campaigns. Building brand awareness and positioning. Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy. Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts. Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish. Evaluating competitors. Handling social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc), public relation efforts, and content marketing. Plan promotional campaigns such as contests, coupons, or giveaways Plan advertising campaigns, including which media to advertise in, such as radio, online media, and billboards General Knowledge for Online Marketing Strategies: – Pay-per-click Marketing – Search Engine Marketing – Social Media Marketing – Email MarketingEmails – Content Marketing Education and Experience College diploma or equivalent.
