Infrastructure Project Manager
Infrastructure Project Manager to working on improving Test process and Environment.
Responsibilities
Will be an individual contributor working on processes within a large business organization or across various functional areas.
- Ability to resolve conflict (striving for win-win outcomes) using exemplary interpersonal skills
- Ability to execute with limited information and ambiguity
- Experience facilitating small to large groups/meetings (in person or by phone)
- Project management responsibility for projects that span multiple business and IT delivery areas
- Leads small/mid-size projects or components of a larger project and directs one or more teams of business consultants involved to address highly complex business needs
- Determines requirements, plans projects, establishes priorities and monitors progress
- Identify and work to remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful attainment of a project deliverables
- Maintains a positive working relationship with business partners, teammates and matrix partners
- Continually strives to improve their own skills and competencies by demonstrating initiative to participate in ongoing coaching and training programs
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Perform Financial management and reporting for their associated project(s)
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Detail oriented, with proven time management and organization skills (including the ability to engage in multiple tasks and meet deadlines/standards); strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; strong technical and computer skills; strong work ethic; and a customer service focus to deliver the wow experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years’ experience working in IT environment as a Project Manager
- Experience with infrastructure projects
- Proven ability to develop strong working relationships and establish a high level of credibility
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to include written, oral and group presentation skills and ability to communicate with all levels
- Proven quantitative and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Some exposure or knowledge of Agile methodology a plus
