SHR Talent is currently representing a local real estate company in its search for a full-time Leasing Agent!  This position is hiring immediately! This is a great opportunity for someone looking for an advancement opportunity!

Job Description: The Leasing Agent is responsible for assisting the Property Manager with the leasing process, managing the move-in and move-out process, covering maintenance issues, and coordinating repairs. This is a fulltime position with onsite hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm in the office located in South Nashville. The Leasing Agent will additionally work the first Saturday of each month. The Leasing Agent reports to the Property Manager.

Requirements:

1+ years of relative experience

Must have strong organizational skills and solid basic computer skills
