LightWay Home Health Care is a privately owned non-medical Home Care Company. We are in search of compassionate and dependable caregivers who have a heart for meeting the needs of elderly or disabled individuals while helping them maintain a high quality of life. Our Caregivers have a reputation for being cheerful and receptive as they provide care to our clients, and we are seeking someone who would be a great fit with our team. Positions are available in Davidson and surrounding counties.

• Personal care assistance (Bathing, dressing, mobility, medication reminders)
• Companionship and conversation

Requirements

• A compassionate heart
• High school diploma required
• Valid TN Drivers license and social security card
• Reliable transportation and insurance required
• Current and valid first aid and CPR certification preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Experience working with the elderly or disabled (desired not required)
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality
