Responsibilities:
-
Management and Coordination of Trucking Fuel, Equipment, Rentals, Maintenance and Repairs.
-
Project Documentation to include daily reports, demolition plans, equipment maintenance reports, project documentation and time sheets.
-
Daily coordination with Project Managers and General Contractor Superintendents.
-
Coordination and sequencing of all structural demolition.
-
Coverage of equipment operator when not available.
-
Travel to all locations for projects that would require employment functions.
-
Coordination of locations and cost savings for inert debris disposal.
-
Continuing education of structural demolition tactics to include torch burning and dismantlement.
Requirements:
-
Familiar with a wide range of heavy equipment and how they interact during the demolition process.
-
Ability to read and interpret Construction Drawings and Specifications.
-
Problem solving/troubleshooting ability.
-
Able to work well as a team player and communicate with all field personnel and management.
-
Construction and job costing experience.
-
Strong communication and organizational skills, with an attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through.
