Account Executive New Horizons Computer Learning Center of Nashville

New Horizons Computer Learning Center of Nashville is seeking an experienced and dedicated Account Executive to join our team. Do you possess outstanding sales experience, honed client service skills and a passion for technology, new systems, and tailored business solutions? Become a proactive member of an outstanding sales team through identifying IT Training growth opportunities for clients before they identify a need or gap for themselves. We value executives who are passionate about growing our existing accounts while proactively pursuing new accounts and identifying roadblocks and obstacles to increasing business.

Account Executive Role & Responsibilities

Educate customers about our training solutions: Support and solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations; Create tailored, innovative solutions to common account problems.

Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding & analyzing focus and needs while anticipating them in advance; Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and identify opportunities.

Perform prospecting activities (ex: networking, cold-calling, generating new leads); Closing customer contracts and generating new sales.

Stay current with company offerings and industry trends and uphold best practices: Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities, identify trends.

Utilize internal and external resources to expedite workflow (CRM/LMS automation tools to track progress and report goals, Microsoft Office 365, etc); Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors.

Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings and client meetings, researching and assisting with program development for existing clients and new prospects.

Demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making skills, business acumen and a deep understanding of business sales processes, creative problem-solving skills to provide tailored solutions.

Possess a Bachelors” degree or a related discipline.

Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.

Ability to understand client needs and negotiate costs and services.

Ability to close customer contracts and generating new sales.

Demonstrate energetic, driven, thrive on success skills.

Display proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with aptitude to learn systems.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
