Senior iOS Developer

A client, located north of Nashville, Tennessee is seeking a Senior iOS Developer for a permanent position. This position allows telecommute but not 100. The Developer will be responsible for providing software development and maintenance of mobile applications. Development responsibilities include providing mobile application design guidance, architecting solutions that follow development standards and integrate with other systems, building software in a consistent manner to meet the business requirements and unit testing software components to ensure business requirements are fulfilled. Responsibilities bull Provide strategy, design, and direction for medium to large scale software development initiatives, including existing system enhancements, new system code development, mobile initiatives, system conversions, and other technical efforts requiring software development bull Provide production support to assigned lines of business and applications which includes handling initiatives and small development requests, resolving issues and removing defects bull Lead development efforts on projects overseeing the development efforts of one or more developers ensuring the clients standards are followed and business requirements are fulfilled bull Architect solutions that follow the clients development standards and integrate with other systems bull Participate in planning and prioritization sessions to understand scope and provide estimates for development bull Unit test each software components to ensure business requirements are fulfilled bull Assist with migration of code from the developer workstation to the test server bull Resolve defects by priority and severity that are discovered during testing by QA Analyst bull Ensure the SDLC policies are followed and appropriately documented bull Provide consistent and concise status reports as requested bull Mentor and train other developers on processes and applications Required skills bull Minimum of five years successful software development experience in an Agile environment bull Strong knowledge of iOS development technologies (iOS10iOS12) bull Experience with Swift, Objective C, and Cocoa Touch bull Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape bull Knowledge of UIUX architectures and trends bull Willingness to learn new technologies bull Experience implementing CICD pipelines Preferred skills bull Experience with Android SDK bull Prior experience architecting mobile solutions Education bull Minimum of a Bachelorrsquos degree in Information Technology or business-related field Other Requirements Background Check Drug Screen Alltech, Inc. is a leading provider of IT staffing services in Nashville and the surrounding areas.
