A very repuatbale and large company is looking for a Inside Sales Associates to join their team.
Summary: The Inside Sales Associate sells CPAP products and services for manufacturer or distributor to medical referral sources via telephonic communication.
This increases revenue by responding to/initiating incoming/ outgoing potential customer inquiries and uses company resources, policies, and procedures to execute sales quota.
They will be responsible for complete setup of PAP equipment and disease education to patient telephonically.
Job Responsibilities: Attends work on a regular and predictable basis Establishes customer contact by receiving inbound or initiating follow up outbound calls Promotes products and facilitates sales through highlighting companys products or services Establish and maintain relationship with referral sources in the medical community Win, retain, and grow profitable customer accounts of various sizes Adequately assesses customer qualification, thoroughly explains products and services, and able to discuss features and benefits of using products and services Obtain proper qualifying documentation and/or paperwork in order to successfully bill for equipment and services Facilitates physician and referral source communication as necessary Resolves customer concerns by providing adequate information regarding products and services Facilitates sales process by communicating/sharing information with appropriate internal and external contacts Setup of equipment performed over the phone Education of disease process and importance of device usage performed over the phone Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications: 1-2 years Inside sales experience is required Competitive edge willing to put in effort to meet and exceed sales goals Excellent communication and presentation skills Able to effectively interact with referral sources Medical industry knowledge beneficial Prior computer experience Ability to type at least 25-30 words per minute Successful completion of all training requirements Demonstrated history of meeting performance objectives Patient communication Excellent verbal communication skills
