We Are Hiring Contract Specialist – Chief Legal Counsel – Full-Time,Day – Woodmont Blvd – Suite 700 – Nashville,TN Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm This position will handle data entry, entering contracts into the system, ability to quickly navigate in a system, needs to be comfortable with high volume fast paced environment. Ideal candidates will be team spirited, detail oriented, collaborative as this position works with many different groups and have an ambitious mindset. What You Will Do As an Associate with Saint Thomas Health Svcs-TN, you will have the opportunity to facilitate and direct the legal review, negotiation and resolution of the organization’s contracts. Responsibilities: Reviews and evaluates proposed contracts for necessary/acceptable contract terms and conditions. Serves as primary liaison with contracting principals, internal departments and external parties to ensure compliance with contract specifications and resolution of issues. Identifies and negotiates revisions as necessary. Develops contracts using approved model templates and develops new contract model templates for approval. Manages and updates contract data into the contract database as required. What You Will Need Education: Diploma High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree required Work Experience: 3 years of experience preferred.
