Inventory Supply Chain Management.
Warehouse associate, keeping track of inventory, overseeing shipments and deliveries, and keeping the warehouse organized. In addition to the organizational skills and physical strength required to manage and store inventory. The warehouse associate job description also requires the ability to manage any administrative and clerical details necessary to keep the warehouse running smoothly.
Responsibilities
The warehouse associate processes orders, accepts deliveries, and keeps the warehouse organized, which includes everything from physically moving product around the warehouse space to properly maintaining all shipping and receiving records.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Warehouse Associate
- Tracks and logs all product inventory, ensuring there are no discrepancies or losses.
•Accepts deliveries of company products and stores them accordingly.
•Orders and restocks new supplies.
•Receives customer and client orders.
•Packs and ships orders for delivery.
•Inspects all orders being received and shipped, checking for damage, defective parts, and missing items.
•Reports and returns damaged product.
•Addresses and resolves any complaints about products, shipping speeds, or damaged items.
•Uses WMS (Warehouse Management Software) programs to monitor inventory and balance accounts.
•Occasional outside deliveries requiring use of company vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Cross training for several PCB, NxStage, and in-house technical responsibilities
• Requires mechanical skills & the ability to learn on the job - Electronic knowledge preferred.
- Fresenius Technical background knowledge preferred.
• Keeps warehouse area clean and organized
•High school diploma or GED is required.
