Studio Manager

One of the newest concepts in the health and fitness industry is in search of strong and passionate leaders to fuel its path to become the premier fitness franchise company in the world.
We are currently recruiting for a Studio Manager to oversee the overall sales and operations of our Brentwood location.
Hours: This is a full-time position. The compensation package consists of a base salary, commissions and bonuses. Candidates have the ability to earn commissions and a generous bonus
Responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day operations of the studio.
This include but is not limited to: * Membership sales Actively obtaining leads and pursuing enrollments of new members
* Manage personal training sales, and merchandise sales
* Give studio tours, scheduling classes, and scheduling staff and coaches
* Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of the studio
* Provide professional customer service to enhance member retention.
* Establish and maintain community relationships
* Prospecting business partners & corporate accounts along with lead generation
* Creating and building a high energy culture with high-touch, high-quality customer service
* Properly empower, monitor and evaluate specifically assigned responsibilities of sales and fitness team
Qualifications * One year of fitness membership sales experience or six months fitness sales experience, along with one year of outside sales experience.
* Proven track record of developing and effectively implementing sales strategies, achieving sales results, and demonstrating high levels of integrity.
* Management experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
To be successful, the Studio Manager must possess the following attributes and skills:
* Previous management experience in health & fitness industry strongly recommended
* Ability to drive revenue at a consistently high level
* Strong management skills * Strong organizational skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Above average computer literacy and a understanding of social media etiquette
