We need someone who can be a strategic leader, project champion, team player and skilled client partner all rolled into one. They should be decisive and excited to lead the team forward — we need someone who will never tire of pushing the work to be better. This role works with current clients, with a focus on the client experience and long-term client vision. Client Strategists are both strategic and tactical, focused on delivering an exceptional experience to our clients while interfacing with the internal project management team to consistently innovate our approach to deliver high quality results. This position will manage digital projects from lead generation programs to large-scale websites. Applicants must have an understanding of marketing and technology. What we’d like to see A keen ability to anticipate the needs, concerns and input from clients Engaging presentation style and visual communication skills — someone who is excited about our work and knows how to spread that enthusiasm. Experience with senior clients. Someone who is an expert at handling themselves and our clients in every situation. Manage large-scale clients through the entire lifecycle of website and lead generation marketing programs. Meet with clients regularly and with frequent communication Manage client expectations and build strong relationships Continually think of new ways to improve the client experience Work with internal project management to deliver necessary resources Present suggestions, initiatives and results to C-level clients Qualifications and Skills 3-7 years of account management, or similar role in an agency environment Strong communication skills Keen ability to deliver outstanding customer service Strong organizational skills and prioritization Experience painting the larger vision for a client, creating roadmaps and upselling Ability to think on your feet and problem solve Experience managing c-level client relationships Ability to command a room and lead productive meetings
