Job Summary

The Director of Clinical Data Solutions is a Registered Health Care Professional with extensive clinical and operational knowledge. The position is responsible for executing on department strategies focused on total cost management solutions through the use of outcomes data, evidence-based societal guidelines, clinically driven best practices and value-centric service solutions offered under HealthTrust.

The Clinical Data Consultant will:

  • Identify and develop key strategies to enhance client service line performance via scalable, evidence-based solutions.
  • Perform operational and programmatic assessments, with care redesign guidance for healthcare clients to guide performance improvement activities.
  • Interact and present recommendations for improvements based on data findings to CMO’s, Medical Directors, Chief Quality Officers and other client Leadership.
  • Guide multidisciplinary teams, establish team objectives, and develops overall team strategies and processes to accomplish goals.
  • Provide continued support to client through data analytics and tools to support and monitor process improvement.
  • Ensures internal team functions support and contribute to HealthTrust performance.
  • Accountable for performance and results of their team’s objectives.
  • Decisions are guided by strategic and operational objectives established by HealthTrust leadership.
  • Receives guidance from Senior and/or Executive Leaders

Qualifications

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3-5 years of related healthcare experience
  • Current licensure/registry in healthcare related field, RN strongly preferred
  • Acute service line leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in Cardiac Cath Lab strongly preferred
  • Experience consulting in a Clinical setting highly preferred
