The requirements are to drive towards zero accidents, reduce environmental, safety & health potential liabilities communicate and coordinate safety programs; plan & administer training; conduct compliance reviews, conduct detailed incident investigations & root cause; submit reports to government agencies, manage all worker’s compensation claims; develop EHS goals & KPI’s; training in environmental, safety & health for all employees; maintain filing systems on worker training & safety. Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ Degree in Environment, Health, & Safety discipline
- Minimum of five years in a management position in a manufacturing plant
- Experience with Assembly is a must; additional experience in Fabrication
- Full knowledge of OSHA regulations
