Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
As the Executive Assistant you will be responsible for managing the daily administrative needs of executives, as well as the main administrative aspects of the department. You will maintain effective and confidential working relationships with the leader and his/her staff in the normal performance of their duties. This position requires a wide variety of executive administrative functions at a high level of performance, accuracy, dependability, confidentiality and a thorough knowledge of the organization, operation of the company and office routine.
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for senior leaders including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compiling documents for travel-related meetings; and scheduling and coordinating meetings internally and/or with vendors
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the leader, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral or response.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the leader’s office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff
- Work closely and effectively with the leader(s) keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting personal correspondence and other tasks that facilitate the leader’s ability to effectively lead the function/department
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures

You are able to work in a highly ambiguous environment.
You bring a high school diploma or higher education. You bring 3+ years’ experience in an administrative capacity supporting C-level executives.
