Unit Name:  Smoky Mountain Sportservice

Reports to:  Concessions Manager

Union/Non-Union: Non

Shifts/Hours Required:  All major events

Pay Range:  $11.00 per hour

 

Position Summary

Responsible for assisting guests during each event with the use of our new self-service kiosks and handling guest complaints/feedback, while adhering to GuestPath and applicable operational standards.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Meet and Greet guests upon their arrival to the Arena for an event
  • Assist and educate guests on how to properly utilize self-service kiosks at various outlets
  • Handle guest complaints and provide guest’s feedback to Management
  • Offer support to associates in need of guidance on how to operate the Point-Of-Sale system
  • Support the HR Department during employee check-in with various duties, which include greeting associates as they arrive, making sure that all associates sign in and assist with assigning associates to locations for the day.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

  • Ability to work accurately, efficiently and courteously in a high pressure environment

  • Strong verbal communication skills – ability to communicate with staff in compliance with Delaware North GuestPath Standards
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Team-oriented; ability to work effectively with others

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
