Position requires candidate to coordinate the efforts of retail events, such as store openings and special promotions, advertising projects (primarily print) from production, photography, proofreading and creative through to prepress.Account Coordinator will be the liason with corporate partners, building solid relationships that move our clients business forward, and is responsible for coordination and collaboration with both client and off-site agency account team.
Position is located atclient headquartersin Greater Nashville Area.
What You Would Do
Overall responsibilities include:
Manage scheduling of local store marketing programs for store-level support and vendor support of new store openings and special events
Coordinate delivery of vendor and corporate materials for store openings
Manage timelines of direct mail campaigns
Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Interact with client managers, ad agency account and creative team and outside vendors to insure timely completion of projects
Special event and associated campaign and/or direct mail experience desired

What You Need
4-year college degree in marketing, advertising or related discipline
1-2 years experience in corporate marketing setting
Ability to handle many issues, items and functions at one time and deal rapidly with these in a prioritized sequence

Ability to set and prioritize goals and achieve them as scheduled
Demonstrate flexibility to adjust to rapidly changing requirements
Analytical approach to problem solving

Demonstrates the ability to perform well and remain organized under tight deadlines
Desire to learn, willingness to do menial tasks and take on more complex challenges
Ability and willingness to seek suggestions from peers and employees. Demonstrate the ability and willingness to build and maintain positive relationships quickly
Comfortable and confident interacting with VP and Director level managers with a willingness to work together with peers to improve quality and performance
System Skills Required
Solid experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Mac experience helpful.
