Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced help desk analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will understand basic troubleshooting for VoIP phone systems and will have excellent customer service skills. This person will be interacting with clients on a daily basis to resolve tier I and II issues on phone systems.
Job Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience working on a help desk or similar role
- 1+ years’ experience working on phone systems
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting hardware issues
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience working with a ticketing system to track issues
- Experience supporting external customers preferred but not required
