Required Skills for the Service Desk Technician:
- 2+ years of professional Technical Support experience
- 2+ years of experience in a Windows OS, enterprise level environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills of computer hardware, software, and phone issues
- Ticketing system experience (preferably ServiceNow)
- Experience troubleshooting issues over the phone and via email
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Must have excellent multitasking and typing skills
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented
- Certifications are preferred (A+, MCSE, MCP, etc.)
