Good communication and interpersonal skills Relevant experience 2 to 4 years Essential : Must have minimum 2 years of hands-on experience on Automation Anywhere with programming languages like .Net, VB Script, C# and SQL with overall experience of a minimum of 7-10 years Analyze business process and identifying automation opportunities and assess automation feasibility. Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams (AS-IS and TO-BE) Strong in design principles and modular programming techniques Design solutions in Automation Anywhere in accordance with standard RPA design principles and conventions Create and maintain technical solution documentation for the given user requirement Hands on development experience in Automation Anywhere tool Knowledge on external API integration with Automation Anywhere Solve issues that arise in day to day running of automated processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required. Identify and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions Ability to work collaboratively with global project teams, as well as on your own Supporting the Operational teams during the UAT and rollout phases Drive Agile ways of working in RPA implementation. Ability to resolve issues through strong problem-solving skills: root cause analysis; engaging people from multiple business and IT teams where necessary. Ability to lead a team of developers and testers and implement automation solutions independently Extensive experience in Managing and Delivering RPA bots in both legacy and new age applications. Ability to manage the bot Lifecyle using RDLC, perform code review, create value adds to the client to improve the process – provided by Dice
