Atlas Management is hiring for a Director of Finance for fast growing aviation organization. The Accounting Manager assists in the oversight of all financial functions of the organization. Individual is responsible for the integrity of the general ledger, including the reporting of data to internal and external users and regulatory agencies. Also, manages and is responsible for the accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, and payroll processes.
Salary: DOE (depending on your experience and industry knowledge)
Schedule: Full time – M – F, 8a – 5p (could require overtime)
Status: Direct hire – permanent
Manages, reviews and audits the entire general ledger accounting process which includes review or preparation of major balance sheet account reconciliations including: Cash, Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), Debt services, etc.; journal entries including standard and closing; analytical review of documents and schedule for financial statements.
Provides direct supervision of the following staff: AR/AP Supervisor, Accountants, Payroll Manager. Acts as back-up in his/her absence. Provides general supervision and guidance over the functions of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and General Accounting.
