Admin Assistant ( PCard , Inventory , Invoicing / Account Receivable )

Title:                   Admin Assistant

Duration:           06 Months contract to perm

Hours:                7:00am to 4:00pm

Location:            Nashville TN 37211   

Job Description:

  • Administrative, Customer Service, AR background
  • Highly administrative, printing out invoices, collecting p-card receipts, reconciling receipts, inventory responsibilities (cycle counts), basic administrative duties. (20%) Putting parts away in the warehouse.
  • AR background would be beneficial, Inventory experience would be a plus, Oracle experience would be a plus, Microsoft Office – Outlook, Customer Service Skills, Administrative experience
