Stefanini is looking for a Recruiter in Nashville, Tennessee / Open for Remote. This position will be responsible for sourcing and attracting exceptional mid-to-senior level talent. He or she will focus on working with internal clients and human resource business consultants to define hiring needs and develop and implement cost effective, results oriented recruitment strategies that yield excellent hires throughout the corporation. Will drive all search activities i.e., determination of sourcing methodology & tools, proactive recruiting, selection and management of search firm (when applicable), pre-screening of candidates, reporting, structure of interviews, and ensuring correct diversity focus is maintained. This position is open to REMOTE US Specialized Skills: Ability to support and manage 12-20 recruiting projects (full cycle) on average. Creatively and proactively source, screen and present high quality candidates. Expert at using advanced internet search techniques to identify passive talent. Strong client facing capabilities, demonstrating exceptional relationship-management and communication skills. Excellent negotiation, sales and project management skills. 8 years of senior level recruiting experience, ideally within both a major corporation and an external search firm. Resource will recruit for Front Line and Professional roles (Call Center Agents & Coaches/Supervisors to manage agents) and possibly Managers for our In-Store efforts. Resource will support the Canadian territories of Moncton/New Brunswick No technical recruiter profiles; resource will source Call Center/Professional positions Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or a related field required. Resources must commit to working flexible hours between 7am-6pm CST The ideal candidate will have several years of high-volume recruiting exp., be bi-lingual, have a flexible personality type, ready to jump in right away and at a fast pace, and comfortable with the ambiguous nature of the organization. Bi-Lingual English/French speaking candidates are highly preferred.
