Meditech Nursing Analyst

Zycron has joined with a healthcare company in search of a Meditech Nursing Analyst for our client in Nashville, TN. This is a 12 month contract with potential extension. This position can be worked remotely with travel to Nashville once a year.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• This person will be responsible for meeting with stakeholders and business owners to develop technical requirements within the style criteria of the evidenced based clinical documentation parameters. They must be familiar with Meditech Magic 5.6x.
• This person will be present in gap analysis meetings between multiple applications and platforms to determine best standardized build and workflow to meet the needs of the Nursing populations.
• EBCD standardization of Meditech screens for nursing and physician documentation.
• Meditech Screen Development (Customer Defined Screens)

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Typically requires more than nine years or experience or equivalent education.

Knowledge/Skill Requirements:

• Plan, design, implement, maintain, and provide ongoing optimization and support for Meditech EMR software and other Meditech applications.
• Perform workflow assessments, capture business needs, and analyze internal systems to determine functional requirements for optimal utilization of Meditech applications.
• Possess in-depth clinical and application knowledge and experience.
• EBCD standardization of Meditech screens for nursing and physician documentation.
• Meditech Screen Development (Customer Defined Screens)
