We are looking for a Marketing Strategist to help us craft our marketing delivery and offerings for our clients. This role will be key to successful client on-boarding, as well as ongoing communications and upsell opportunities, so the ability to communicate effectively and make a solid first impression is essential.
This is an excellent mid-level opportunity for a highly motivated person, and has unlimited potential to grow into a larger role within Jumpcrew. Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in marketing brand strategy as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
What You’ll Do

Gather data through interviews, surveys and market research and analysis for the agency’s clients

Must clearly define campaign strategies, goals, target audience, and be adept at articulating personas that help drive creative messaging and approach.

Working directly with internal product stakeholders, this individual will develop brand messaging for clients, including brand pillars, unique selling propositions, messaging points, positioning statements, and buyer persona profiles

Establish guidelines that define our clients’ voice and tone and visual brand, both online and offline.

Ensure end-to-end tracking, measurement and recommended solutions for any shortfalls.

Present findings and recommended strategies to customers.

Collaborate with clients and our internal team to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns, including social media marketing, content marketing, collateral, newsletters, press releases and other marketing assets.

Work closely with copywriters, designers and developers to create messaging and narratives around the vision of our client’s companies and their services, and ensure consistency across all assets.

Excellent project management skills are necessary to produce integrated marketing campaigns including email, print, digital, video, event and social components.

Must be able to report on the status of projects and results to executive-level leadership.

Must have good planning and time-management skills and be adept at balancing multiple assignments and deadlines.

Must also be a self-starter who can build a good rapport with internal clients and peers.
Experience & Qualifications
-
B.A. in business, marketing, communications, public relations or a related field

3-5 years of experience in brand, communications, and/or social media management
-
A proven track record of developing and executing successful brand messaging campaigns
-
In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, best practices and techniques
-
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal & written
-
Detail-oriented and deadline-driven with excellent follow up skills
-
Experience working with B2B, IT, and/or cloud services companies a big plus
-
Start Up, Salesforce and Hubspot expertise a plus
