Robert Half Technology is hiring for a direct-hire software engineer for an exciting healthcare start-up company in Nashville!

The Software Engineer is a key member of the product and development team providing technical leadership to ensure the delivery of systems that enable the execution of company programs. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing innovative systems in collaboration with internal teams and strategic business partners. This position supports new and existing software and system development of clinical, financial, and analytic-based solutions designed to support innovative healthcare delivery models.

Required Technology Skills/Qualifications: • ASP.NET Core • Node.js • React, Angular, or a comparable framework • MS-SQL • Git Version Control • Previous healthcare experience Preferred Technology Skills/Qualifications: • Kubernetes • gRPC • NoSQL • Experience converting monolithic software to microservices • EDI HIPAA Transaction Set Knowledge: Specifically – 837, 835 • HL7 Version(s) 2 or 3, and/or FHIR
